Tonight, Friday March 5, Jon Lord will appear in the BBC‘s 90 minute rock documentary, Heavy Metal Britannia.
The documentary traces the origins and development of British heavy metal from its humble beginnings in the industrialised Midlands to its proud international triumph.
Jon Lord was interviewed for the film last October and, according to the producer, features quite a lot in the finished cut.
Other contributors include Lemmy, Tony Iommi, Ian Gillan, Rob Halford and Bruce Dickinson.
Watch it tonight, Friday 5th March at 21.00 on BBC Four.
