Jon Lord interview on Japanese TV

Jon Lord will appear on Japanese TV on April 22 in the documentary show Song To Soul, reports the DPAS website.

In the show famous rock songs are discussed by fans and musicians and other people who can shed some light on them. This episode will focus on Smoke On The Water with memorabilia and location footage alongside the interviews.

Along with Jon Lord, Song To Soul have interviewed Mojo journalist Kieron Tyler and DPAS founder Simon Robinson who is also reported to be writing a book on ‘the dang dang’ song as Ian Gillan sometimes calls it.

Song To Soul airs on TBS-BS on Thursday April 23 at 23 pm. It will be repeated on April 29 at 23 pm.
